Las Vegas Bay at Lake Mead is where the Wash terminates. Since Lake Mead is a reservoir and is managed as one, it can be affected by drought conditions. Here you can see images of Las Vegas Bay at Lake Mead under both high and low elevation conditions.

Las Vegas Bay

Due to the decreased levels of Lake Mead and increase of sedimentation into the Las Vegas Bay Delta, the Las Vegas Boat Harbor was forced to move location in 2002.
