Wetlands Videos 2000

Back

June 3, 2000
(4.39 MB)

As the video starts, it pans across the area where Tamarisk is being removed. Approximately 2 acres of Tamarisk (an invasive, non-native plant) is being removed to allow native species an opportunity to grow.

You will also notice native birds in the video. As the restoration continues we expect to see more birds, as well as other species.

More planting is scheduled for late fall.
