At the beginning of the video you will see a Tamarisk plant. This is a highly invasive, non-native plant that is being removed so the native species will have an opportunity to grow. Approximately 2 acres of Tamarisk is being removed from this area. More planting is scheduled for the late fall.....check back monthly to watch the progress of our wetlands!
