Pabco Grade Control Structure

Construction on this permanent structure, located off Pabco Road, within the Clark County Wetlands Park boundary, began in January 2000 and was completed in November 2000. This structure plays an important part in stabilizing the Wash. Located approximately halfway down the channel, Pabco Weir forms a hinge point on the Wash, with distinct changes in hydrology, soils, and gradient moving downstream from the structure.
